The North American Mission Board and the Southern Baptist Convention, Executive Committee, blessed the Southern Baptist Messianic Fellowship. They provided us with space in a booth on the exhibit floor. This booth was provided for all the ethnic ministries of the SBC. The booth was called "The many Faces Exhibit of the SBC" . This booth was located right across from the North American Mission Board Booth and next to the SBC.net Television recording area. We were around the corner from the International Mission Board Booth.
This booth project was a success. We made several connections with new friends in the SBC. We spoke to numerous church members and visitors to the SBC exhibit floor. We also learned how to make our part of the booth more attractive to passers by for next year.
We were in the booth with other ethnic and language groups. These are some of the SBC ethnic groups that were in the booth with us. The SBC Hispanic Fellowship, The North American African Fellowship SBC, The Mong Fellowship, The Chinese Fellowship, and the Philippine Fellowship.
The blessing is that the SBC Executive Committee and the North American Mission Board paid for the booth and it's decorations. They supplied us with couches, lounge chairs, tables, and high stools for the high tables. There was carpeting that had thick padding under it and a wonderful display illustrating the many people groups in the SBC.
We thank the North American Mission Board and the Southern Baptist Convention, Executive Committee, for blessing us in such a powerful way.

News Flash & Praise Report: We had a pleasant surprise while we were serving in the "The many Faces Exhibit of the SBC" on the exhibit floor. We were invited to be interviewed on the SBC.net TV program. Brothers Bruce Stokes, Mike Saffle and I were interviewed in a panel setting.
Each one of us was asked questions about our fellowship and the ministries that are affiliated with us. The above photos illustrate each one of us talking on camera. We were told that a DVD of the interview will be available soon. If we can we will stream it on this site.
The North American Mission Board and the SBC Executive Committee would like all Southern Baptists to know about the ethnic and language ministries that are affiliated with the SBC. Each group of SBC ethnic and language groups was invited to be interviewed so all Southern Baptists would experience who we are and how we can help the SBC in reaching all people groups.
